MoM Permissions; Charm Speak
So, powers! The main one this permissions page is going to be geared to is Charm Speak, which works sort of like a mind control power - Jack says "go get me a beer from the fridge" in a certain tone and inflection, and the listener feels compelled to go get Jack a beer from the fridge. Here's the in depth detail for it, along with his two other powers:
Charm Speak :: I'm taking a lot of this from the Percy Jackson canon, as that's the one I've mostly heard this sort of power used in. Jack will be able to use a sort of mind control that means, if he speaks with an express purpose of utilizing this power, those that he's targeting will feel immediately compelled to do whatever he tells them to. At the time, it will seem like the most logical thing in the world to the target, and/or they'll feel a strong urge to do whatever they're asked to win Jack's favor (I'm thinking I'll leave that up to the players of whoever he uses this on/have it affect characters differently). However, this power is going to be based more from a mental manipulation, psychic sort of standpoint, not in attraction or in sonics like the PJO power is. It'll work more like a kind of telepathic power, and tap into that commanding sort of nature of his, Jack's general willpower put into taking control of things, and charisma he actively displays in canon when wanting to enforce his will on others/get his way politically. So (at least at first) he'll have to have his undivided attention put into the activation of the power in order to make it work, and he'll have to train a great deal to make it work on more than one person, and over something like the network rather than in person. But it is not something Jack can use on accident. He has to consciously enact it.
Shape-shifting :: Jack will be able to change his appearance at will - clothing and height and weight included, basically think Mystique minus the walking around naked part (most of the time minus the walking around naked part). He'll have to know the exact details of what he's mimicking (if a person has a birthmark on their butt that Jack isn't aware of, it wouldn't show up if he's shape-shifting to impersonate them). It will be limited to only humanoid shapes (likely restricted to purely human for a while before he trains it enough to manage, like, Turians), and the further the change is from Jack's natural form in terms of mass and biology, the shorter the span of time he'll be able to spend in it. As he first starts training this power, it'll be, like minutes, probably. And he'll have to work at it to build it to hour(s). It will also be an entirely physical change - not an illusion.
Flawless Hair :: Regardless of what horrible tumbling Jack may do, his hair will constantly be in a state of perfect looking. Well, since perfect-looking is subjective, it'll be whatever Jack considers perfect-looking, for whatever occassion is going on at the time. No styling products required. So basically if Kitty Jones pats his shoulder, he'll have insta-bedhead and it'll be very embarrassing.
The only questions this permissions form will have for YOU are going to be based on Charm Speak - the others I just tossed in for sake of reference. But here's the form I'd like to have you guys fill out:

Can your character be affected by Jack's Charm Speak?: difficult but possible- one of Sabriel's powers boils down to control via music and sheer force of will, so it would probably boil down to a contest of wills- and Sabriel's is ridiculously strong.
Are you okay with Jack Charm Speaking your character?: Let's take it on a case-by-case basis? If she realizes what he's doing- to her or people around her- she's going to be upset.
What things do you absolutely NOT want Jack commanding your character to do? Physically assaulting people.

Can your character be affected by Jack's Charm Speak?: Both is a yes, but Blue can snap out of it more easily (she's canonly resisted mental pushes like this) and Hayley will break his neck if she finds out

What things do you absolutely NOT want Jack commanding your character to do? Whatevs I don't mind anything <3 Rather Blue not be asked to kill, but idk she holds herself partially responsible for someone's death anyway so maybe if we talk? Hayley is all go idec.

Can your character be affected by Jack's Charm Speak?: D'Artagnan: Yes, sometimes. He can be very stubborn, and there are certain things he would be resistant to because his own willpower will counteract Jack's. He does not however have any telepathic resistance.
Gansey: Possibly. Gansey also has Charmspeak as a power, but his is not telepathic - it's based on sonics. I think because of that he might have more of an idea of what Jack was doing. He has no mental defences either, though.
Grey: Yes, easily.
Are you okay with Jack Charm Speaking your character?: Yes. D'Artagnan is stubborn and Gansey is idealistic; their morals might make them resistant to certain topics, but Charmspeak can still be attempted. It just might not be 100% successful depending on what is said. With Grey it will almost always be successful.
What things do you absolutely NOT want Jack commanding your character to do? I would appreciate a heads up before he makes them do something - I wouldn't want to be blindsided by that. If anything is an issue I will mention it at the time.
Anything Else?: D'Artagnan would hold the world's biggest grudge for this, so I'm just putting it out there that this would immediately tip him to negative CR. Gansey wouldn't love it, but wouldn't hold a grudge for it. Grey...wouldn't care, who needs free will anyway?

Can your character be affected by Jack's Charm Speak?: Yup. Probably with relative ease, unless it's being used to directly turn him against or otherwise threaten/attempt to harm Dorian Gray. Or to make him vampire at anyone (Sabriel kinda used some magic to prevent Toby from feeding on natives, and he cannot feed from imPorts without their "clear and informed consent").
Are you okay with Jack Charm Speaking your character?: Sure.
What things do you absolutely NOT want Jack commanding your character to do? Since I can't think of anything off the bat, give me a heads-up first, and we'll work things out from there.
Anything Else?: Toby isn't likely to hold the use of Charm Speak against Jack unless he's told to hurt Dorian in some way (because he loves Dorian more than anything) or to feed (because it won't be successful and may actually be painful for Toby himself).

Can your character be affected by Jack's Charm Speak?: Probably, though given his mental bond with Hermann, I think it's likely Hermann could overpower the Charm's influence on Newt if he so desired (which he might, his mantra does seem to be "Newton, no").

What things do you absolutely NOT want Jack commanding your character to do? Umm. Let's not be too mean to Hermann. He does that well enough on his own. No, but idk. If something is a no, I'll let you know if/when it happens.

Can your character be affected by Jack's Charm Speak?: He's got some trust issues, and he's usually pretty careful with people, but he doesn't have any real defenses against something like that. So, yes, I'd say he'd be affected.
Are you okay with Jack Charm Speaking your character?: I'm totally okay with it. You can contact me through one of the above if he's going to do it, or just imply in the tag somewhere that he is, just so I'm on the same page.

Can your character be affected by Jack's Charm Speak?: Nope, his psionic shielding protects against that. He might not even realize an attempt at mind control is occurring, unless Jack's like, trying really hard.
