The Submissive and the Dominant will be conscious of the safe word ( “[ **INSERT SAFEWORD HERE** ]” ) and will use it at any point they deem necessary, including but not limited to feelings of duress, extreme stress, or jeopardizing of the relationship with their partner. (There is no punishment for this.)
The Submissive will have [ **INSERT NETWORK RULES HERE. ex: "completely unbarred", “only text, unless conversation is privated,”, “be prohibited from making remarks of inflammatory or illegal nature”, reword as needed** ] access to network usage.

The Submissive will appropriately engage in any mandatory public meetings that require a display between a Dominant and Submissive in such a way as befits Duplicity society. [ **NOTE: Jack puts this in every contract, unless someone asks to have it removed, because he wants you fools to stay out of trouble. Anything like this can be removed on request, Jack will just advise against it.** ] While in public, the Submissive will;
a. Refer to the Dominant as ‘[ **INSERT TITLE HERE; ex: ‘Sir’, ‘Your Majesty’, or nothing special at all. Add stipulations if you want, like ‘only when a stranger is in hearing range’.** ]. b. Refrain from making argument with any statements, questions or requests made by the Dominant or any others of equal station, unless the Dominant expresses otherwise. [ **NOTE: something Jack puts in every contract** ] c. Will immediately inform the Dominant if any others make requests or commands, or attempt to assert any verbal authority or unwanted physical contact. [ **NOTE: another one Jack puts in every contract, bc Doms need to protect their Subs.** ] d. Immediately tell the Dominant if they are in any manner of physical, emotional or mental distress. [ **NOTE: Another Jack auto-fill.** ] e. [ **INSERT ANY OTHER PUBLIC BEHAVIOR RULES HERE; ex: “Carry a stack of the Dominant’s business cards, to hand out to any other citizen that fucks with the Sub while announcing “my Dominant will be suing your bitch ass” “** ]
While in public, the Dominant will;
a. Refer to the Submissive as ‘[ **INSERT TITLE HERE; if you want the Sub called anything special, or delete this otherwise** ]’. b. Heed any use of the safe word, and take attentive care in providing for and protecting the Submissive. [ **NOTE: Jack auto-fill.** ] c. [ **INSERT ANY OTHER PUBLIC BEHAVIOR RULES HERE; ex: “Hold the Sub’s hand and give cheek kisses when they Do Good”** ]
The Dominant accepts responsibility for all government mandated fines, fees and punishments the Submissive’s behavior or influence may incur. [ **NOTE: this is basically already a Duplicity law once a Dom contracts a Sub, Jack just likes to write it in so people read it and can’t say they weren’t aware. Jack will also advise that the courts won’t care what restrictions you did or didn’t place - the Dom is responsible for them, end of story, so write these conditions wisely. He won’t assume the pair can be trusted not to take advantage of loopholes within the contract, but it’s ultimately up to the pair how firm they want to be.** ]
The Submissive will be allotted at least [ **INSERT PERCENTAGE OF WAGES HERE** ] of the Dominant's income on a [ **MONTHLY/WEEKLY** ] basis, for the provision of food, clothing, shelter, transportation and any other needs or comforts. As will the Dominant make themselves available for the purchase of such items, or provide the Submissive with the means to acquire them on their own. The Dominant will accept all charges for medical needs, and acquire any medical care required for the Submissive's health in a timely, humane fashion.
Any restrictions not listed in this document are not to be enforced. Unless specified, neither Dominant nor Submissive may amend or alter the terms of this arrangement as long as the contract term lasts. Should these terms be believed to have been violated, both Dominant and Submissive retain the right to bring the case before the courts.
Regardless of sexual terms of the contract, the Dominant will ensure the Submissive is provided the means and opportunity to fill the mandated quota for sexual activity. The Dominant will do so by [ **INSERT MEANS TO HELP GET SUB'S QUOTA FILLED; this isn't required, Jack just likes to put it in there and encourage Doms to make sure their Subs don't end up in re-education.
