Pretty much any chemical can be poison when used right. Dihydrogen monoxide itself is deadly in specific situations. I have no idea what was in that one syringe of interest. I use a lot of them.

And heroics with a body count are still killing. Will probably get you a manly hug. But counts.

The one I have at home is fraternal and my sister. The one I found here seems to have my exact genetic code, so perhaps 'twin' isn't really that accurate.

[ Even indentical twins have differences. Aside from a small amount of age and the super soldier serum, they're copies of each other. ]
